There will be 115 tickets available in total (60 Full, 55 Social), these will be allocated on a 'first come first served' basis, but also balancing the donations received to avoid us running at a loss.

Registration Options
At registration, the following three options will be available;
1.Full Pass only
You ONLY want a Full Pass.
If Full Passes have sold out, you WILL be put on waitlist for Full Pass, but will NOT be given a Social pass.
There will be a single box for you to enter the donation you'd like to give for a Full Pass.
2.Full Pass if available, if not then a Social Pass
You'd prefer a Full Pass, but would be happy with a Social Pass.
If Full Passes have sold out, you WILL be put on waitlist for Full Pass, and (assuming there are still Social Passes available) WILL be granted a Social Pass, which you can then upgrade to Full Pass if you are contacted if a place becomes available.
There will be two boxes for you to enter the donation you'd like to give for a) Full Pass or b) Social Pass
3.Social Pass only
You ONLY want a Social Pass
You will NOT receive nor be put on waitlist for a Full Pass
There will be a single box for you to enter the donation you'd like to give for a Social Pass.
What happens after I register?
If your registration has been successful, an email will be sent within 72hrs requesting payment of your donation within 7 days of the date of that email
On receipt of the funds, another email will be sent confirming your attendance. (It is this email that you need in order to attend the event).
If you do not send the funds within 7 days, and you do not advise us any reason for the delay, you will be emailed advising that your registration request has been cancelled, and your place will automatically be offered to the next person on the list/waitlist (you may however re-register).
If your registration has been unsuccessful, you will receive an 'unsuccessful' email.
If you have kindly offered to volunteer, then the link to volunteer schedule will be shared in the 'confirmation of attendance' email.
